THE STORY

Joy has more than 10 years of diverse professional experiences in the Creative Industry which mainly includes and not limited to Interior Designing of Residential, Commercial and Corporate projects dealing with both local and international clients. She has been trained and exposed in Project Management roles, Construction and Retail Operations under one of the biggest Retail developers in Asia.

These equipped her to work efficiently from schematic design phase, design development & drawing documentation to project implementation. She then explored design trend forecasting and styling when she began working in one of the leading editorial publishers in the Philippines. With the array of acquired skills, she has been invited to be an Instructor at a prestigious Fashion and Design Institution teaching Design Studios and Workshops for both students and professionals as well as being invited to various media platforms to share her design journey and expertise.

Awarded with Scholarship, she took her Post Graduate/ Masters Degree in Home Luxury Collection Design (Fashion Interiors & Luxury Branding) in Istituto Marangoni School of Design in Milano, Italy. Acquired 4 years of Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design at University of Santo Tomas in 2009 and passed the National Licensure Exams for Interior Designers a year after.
