Mechanism Availability & Lead Time
Products incorporating imported or specialized mechanisms are subject to the availability of components from our suppliers and manufacturers. While every effort will be made to meet the estimated production and delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances—including but not limited to supplier shortages, manufacturing delays, international shipping disruptions, customs clearance, port congestion, force majeure events, or other logistics-related issues—may affect the availability of the required mechanisms.
In the event that such delays occur, the production and delivery timeline shall automatically be extended by approximately thirty (30) to sixty (60) additional working days, more or less, or for such other reasonable period as may be necessary depending on the availability of the required mechanisms and the resolution of the circumstances causing the delay. The Client acknowledges and agrees that such delays are beyond the reasonable control of the Company and shall not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for cancellation, refund, penalties, liquidated damages, or any other claim against the Company.
